Returns
To request a return shipping label for products purchased on BackJoy.com, please email us.
In your email please let us know:
1. Your reason for return
2. The state of the product:
- Unopened
- Used and unmarked
- Used and marked
- Damaged.
We will email you a customer paid (fixed rate) return label. When you have received your label, please print and affix to your package, then drop at your nearest USPS location. Products must be returned undamaged within 30 days of purchase. Once our warehouse has received your return, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 48 business hours.
